2022

Founded & backed by Y Combinator

Himanshu and Rohan founded BlueHill Payments and joined Y Combinator. The work brought them deep inside customer onboarding and support workflows, revealing a much bigger problem than payments.

Pivoting to customer operations

After countless conversations with operators, a clear pattern emerged: teams weren't struggling with payments — they were struggling with the chaos of managing customers across a dozen disconnected tools.

Building the unified platform

The team doubled down on the core product: a single platform connecting tickets, onboarding, project boards, and client portals — purpose-built for customer success and support teams.
