BlueHill is a unified customer operations platform for customer-facing teams. It replaces generic project-management tools (Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Notion) with customer-aware workflows: onboarding templates with relative-date scheduling, project boards, task tracking, time tracking with billing reports, email integration, interaction timeline, internal notes, role-based access, and a branded customer portal.

### How is BlueHill different from Monday or ClickUp?

### Refunds?
Full refund within first 14 days. Prorated refunds on annual within first 60 days.

### What does BlueHill integrate with?
Native: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Drive, OneDrive, QuickBooks. REST API + webhooks. Zapier fallback.

### Can I import from Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Notion?
Yes — CSV import wizard. Free white-glove migration on Professional + Enterprise.

### Do you support SSO and SAML?
Yes — Enterprise plan.

## Security

### Is BlueHill SOC 2 compliant?
Yes — SOC 2 Type II, renewed annually. Report under NDA for Enterprise.

### Where is data stored?
AWS US-East default. EU residency (Frankfurt) available on Enterprise. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

### Can I export my data?
Yes — CSV or JSON at any time from settings.

### Do you sell or share customer data?
No. Paid software, no advertising. Standard subprocessors only (AWS, Stripe, SendGrid).
