BlueHill is a unified customer operations platform for customer-facing teams. We replace generic project-management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Notion) with customer-aware workflows in a single workspace.

## Why we exist

Customer-facing teams — customer success, support, agencies, professional services — have always been forced into generic project management tools that don't know what a customer is. The result: 4-5 separate tools per team, cobbled together with Zapier and spreadsheets, hours per week lost to context-switching.

We built BlueHill because we lived that problem. Now we're building the customer operations platform we wanted to use.
